Founded in 2017, Black Bee Honey takes its name from that of the now near extinct British honey bee. This in itself tells of their ethos of native, single origin, sustainable honey. Their honeys showcase the incredible variations in flavour and consistency created by seasonal changes in weather and flora. On top of that, they are in the process of creating 1,000 acres of Wildflower Meadows in the UK. All round good eggs.
