Just like Shrub, Curing Rebels were born in 2020 and find themselves based in Brighton and Hove. Their charcuterie comprises classics, twists on classics and unique flavours produced by a heady mix of innovative and traditional processes, a serious eye for sustainability and locally sourced meats, all butchered and transformed at their dockside headquarters.
