Curing rebels
Just like Shrub, Curing Rebels were born in 2020 and find themselves based in Brighton and Hove. Their charcuterie comprises classics, twists on classics and unique flavours produced by a heady mix of innovative and traditional processes, a serious eye for sustainability and locally sourced meats, all butchered and transformed at their dockside headquarters. Singularly delicious and a joy to work with.
